You can request an exchange or return for store credit. Exchange or store credit available upon approval To be eligible for return or exchange, please email within 14 days of purchase in order to receive authorization. Store credit or exchange available if the items are unworn, unwashed & unused with original tags. The Shipping cost for the exchange will be invoiced to the customer. We will invoice for additional shipping costs if we receive an unauthorized request, or if items show any signs of wear, damage or scent. Once you receive your order, please evaluate it. If the item is incorrect or damaged, we'll review and re-ship at no additional cost. All jewelry, one size and sale items are final and cannot be returned.
